Axly provides a free, client-side URL shortening service. The Service encodes your provided URL using Base64 encoding within your browser and generates a shortened link. The Service operates without any database, user accounts, or server-side processing.

The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability, accuracy, or permanence.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Axly Service to shorten URLs that:

  • Link to malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Promote phishing, fraud, or identity theft
  • Distribute illegal content or violate any applicable laws
  • Contain or link to pornographic, obscene, or offensive material
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Are designed to spam, mislead, or deceive users

We reserve the right to take appropriate action if we become aware of misuse, although our stateless architecture means we do not actively monitor shortened URLs.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Axly makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

  • The availability or uptime of the Service
  • The accuracy or reliability of shortened links
  • The security of destination URLs
  • The compatibility with all browsers or devices

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axly and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any content accessed through shortened links
  • Any unauthorized access or security breaches at destination websites
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the Service

6. Data & Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

The Axly name, logo, design, and code are the property of Axly. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links

The URLs shortened through Axly lead to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Visiting shortened links is at your own risk.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
